Karma Care. Because we’re all connected.
/"When you have more than you need, build a longer table, not a higher fence."
Life can sometimes seem feel like a never ending cycle of ups and downs. The solar eclipse yesterday was a powerful reminder of the interplay of darkness and light. An eclipse is an energetically charged time. It symbolizes the delicate ebb and flow of life’s peaks and valleys. For me, it was also linked to a new social awakening. Where all that light might be temporarily dimmed but afterward shines brighter simply because of the momentary darkness. In today’s political and socially charged climate we’re seeing a lot of light bearers, shining into the dark corners.
Karma Care operates on a similar system - created to help people who are temporarily unable to access the care they need.
What is Karma Care?
The Karma Care program operates on the belief that money should not be an obstacle to health. My integral belief is that just as the body, emotions and spirit are connected, so are we all as a community.
Since the beginning of my career, I have made it my not so secret mission to earmark a certain number of appointments to provide services to people who are struggling. The irony is, the point at which someone heals from their health issues is also normally the time when they are more financially fluid. And once people are operating from a place of true, vibrant health, they give back to their communities in so many ways.
How Can I Help?
That is likely the single most important question we can ever ask. If you or your business would like to donate to the Karma Care program, please contact me directly. Receipts are available and can be written off as advertising, should we place your logo on the Karma Care page.
Your kind donations improve the quality of life for another patient.
Know Someone Who Needs Help?
Have them contact me with an introduction and a synopsis of current health goals and financial need. Karma Care exists to take care of the portion of the fees that applicants cannot afford. Applicants are accepted depending on the resources available and every effort will be made to provide health support.
